Industry partnerships and collaboration are key to effective workforce development in Tasmania’s industries.
Skills Tasmania’s Industry Partnership Managers facilitate and support workforce planning and development in these industries. They enable links and networks within a portfolio of industry organisations, and provide specialist advice on skills, training and workforce development.
Industry Partnership Managers ensure that Skills Tasmania’s strategy, policy and purchasing programs are well informed and that programs are structured and prioritised to achieve effective results for stakeholders.
