Student and Course Statistics
Student and course statistics
The National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) publishes state and national data on government funded activity and total VET activity. Data is published on the NCVER website: www.ncver.edu.au.
All providers with students funded by Skills Tasmania must submit data for the VET Provider Collection to Skills Tasmania according to the national AVETMISS Standard. Further information about data reporting requirements can be found on Skills Tasmania's Reporting and payment information page.
For any queries on research and data please email: data.queries@skills.tas.gov.au.

NCVER also publishes statistics on apprentices and trainees. NCVER regularly releases estimates of the number of apprentice and trainee commencements, completions, cancellations/withdrawals and the number in training. These estimates are based on data supplied by the States and Territories.
State and national data is provided by age, gender, occupational group and qualification level.
The statistics can be found on the NCVER website.
